Scrap dealer uses tricolour to wrap plastic wastes

Police on Thursday arrested a scrap dealer on charges of insulting the national flag by using the tricolour to wrap plastic wastes at his godown on the highway near Morai village in Vapi Town under Valsad district of Gujarat.
The scrap godown managed identified as Liaquat Khan has been booked under section 2 of the Prevention of Insult to the National Honour Act (Insult to Indian National Flag and Constitution of India).
