Seat belts mandatory for all passengers in car, violators to be fined: Gadkari

Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari on Tuesday announced that wearing a seat belt will now be mandatory for all passengers traveling in the car even on the rear seats, while highlighting its importance.
He also said the government will issue an order in the same regard in the coming three days.
