As the dharna by the relatives of late Shikshakarmis, demanding appointment on compassionate grounds, entered the 73rd day on Friday, they got their heads shaved and donated hair to Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, Panchayat Minister Ravindra Choubey and School Education Minister Premsai Singh Tekam by making their effigies to draw their attention towards the pre-poll promises.
