The Indian equity benchmarks nosedived on Wednesday mirroring selloff in global equity markets as soaring oil prices raised more concerns about how Russia’s escalating war on Ukraine may impact the global economy.
The Sensex fell as much as 936 points and Nifty 50 index touched an intraday low of 16,547.
