Novel coronavirus uses ACE2 receptors as entry points into the human body. Wherever ACE2 receptors are present, the coronavirus can multiply. While ACE2 receptors are available abundantly in almost all human body tissues, there seems to be an explanation of why some organs are spared by the coronavirus.
