CBI has arrested DMK leader A. Raja. A charge sheet has been filed against Raja for allegedly amassing assets worth Rs 5.53 crore disproportionate to his known sources of income while he was a Union minister.
In its charge sheet filed in the special CBI court in Chennai, the agency alleged that Raja’s close aide C. Krishnamurthy had set up Kovai Shelters Promoters Company.
