TTD Forest Staff Being Trained in Diverting Elephants From Habitsts to Forests

In the recent backdrop of some pachyderms entering into the public places from forest regions in Sheshachala, TTD forest officials, Supervisors etc. were given a special training program at SVETA Bhavan on Saturday.

The training session was conducted by eminent elephant psychologist Dr Rudra Aditya from Himachal Pradesh. Conducting theory sessions in the morning and field sessions in the post-lunch the visiting expert emphasised that whenever elephants entered habitats making noise or throwing stones would not help.
