Two Indian diners feature among world’s best restaurants

Central, a renowned restaurant located in Peru's capital Lima, has claimed the title of the world's best restaurant, according to the prestigious World's 50 Best. Trèsind Studio, an avant-garde Indian dining establishment, impressively secured the 11th position. It is the only Indian two Michelin-starred restaurant in the UAE. The second Indian restaurant on the list is Gaggan Anand in Bangkok, Thailand. The diner is run by a Kolkata-born Indian chef who has been featured in Netflix’s Chef's Table.
