At least 26 people have been killed after a powerful tornado hit parts of the United States' Mississippi, late Friday (March 24), said the Governor of Mississippi. The storm has left a trail of damage for more than 100 miles (160 km), damaging buildings and knocking out power while the severe weather also produced hail the size of golf balls. U.S. President Joe Biden approved the declaration of emergency for Mississippi.
