WhatsApp is working on several features for business to improve their experience while using the app. As per reports, WhatsApp is releasing a new section to manage business ads “advertise on Facebook”.
The Meta-owned messaging app is also working on a new feature for business accounts to develop a new chat shortcut for quickly creating orders.
