The Congress is all set to conduct organizational elections by September to elect a full-time party chief, one of the key demands of G-23.
The G-23 refers to a group of 23 dissident leaders who have been demanding internal restructuring and polls at all levels, including the CWC - the highest decision-making body of Congress.
