Unfortunately, humans have a ‘dearth mentality’. We see skills and experiences as either-or. It's assumed that expertise in the sciences comes at the cost of the arts. It is presumed that a doctor can't sing, an engineer can’t dance, and a lawyer can’t draw. Now, imagine Albert Einstein without the ability to speak in public, Ram Jethmalani without his colourful flourish, or Barack Obama without his stage presence. They wouldn't be who they are without being artistic.
