Why institutes shut, but movie halls open: Students

Students of MR Government College today took out a protest march against the closing of educational institutions in the state after a surge in Covid-19 cases.
The students pleaded that some other places, including cinema halls, had been allowed to open with 50 per cent capacity and the election rallies were going on, but the educational institutions had been shut.
