Why this tech startup is reducing notice period for employees 

At a time when the notice period in many companies can stretch up to three months, Chief Executive of blockchain-based HR startup Springworks, Kartik Mandaville, has tried to change that by announcing to reduce the notice period to just two weeks in his company.

Explaining the rationale behind his decision, Kartik said he believes the current one month notice period is "long", and it is an "arbitrary amount of time" for knowledge transition.
