A 20-year-old woman was killed in Delhi after her scooter was hit by a car, and she was dragged by the vehicle for almost 4 km, from Sultanpuri to Kanjhawala. Police said the body was found almost an hour later. Police said the woman was an event organiser and returning from work at the time. According to the police, there were five men in the car, who have been arrested and booked for rash driving and causing death by negligence.
