Women preferred over men for tech-related jobs: BridgeLabz Tech Employability report

Breaking all gender barriers, the tech industry looks to onboard more women amid the ongoing pandemic situation. The tech industry is opening up more for women who are considered more employable in development jobs than men.
According to the report, Andhra Pradesh has 41 percent of ready talent followed by Assam with 32 percent and Bihar with 31 percent.
